How do I log into a Toshiba printer?

Answer

How to log into a Toshiba Multi-Function Device (MFD):

  • BSU faculty, staff, or student workers, enter a 3 followed by your tech ID.
  • NTC faculty, staff, or student workers, enter a 4 followed by your tech ID.
  • Students, enter your tech ID.

If you cannot remember your tech ID, you can log in using your PaperCut credentials.

  • Press ID/Password.
  • Press Username
    • Students: starid@go.minnstate.edu
    • Employees: starid@minnstate.edu
  • Press Password
  • Enter your StarID password. Press the down arrow if you have a special symbol
    that is not on the main page.
  • Press OK.

 

To log out:
The machine will auto-log-out after 45 seconds. To log out immediately, press the Yellow FC Function Clear button twice. You will be asked if you want to log out.
