Zoom Rooms: Inviting a Zoom Room to a Meeting or Webinar

The following rooms have equipment installed specifically to run Zoom events without the need for a host to provide a computer*. When setting up your Zoom events, use the provided room invite address to ensure the room is ready for you.

You'll get an email confirmation when the room has accepted your meeting invite. Confirmations are not available for webinars at this time.

*Note: As a host, you may still want to bring your computer so you can share something to the Zoom meeting. If you do, please use the "Leave Audio" function in your laptop's Zoom app, or simply do not connect to meeting audio when you join/start the meeting from your computer. Every Zoom room has its own microphones, speakers, and cameras, managed by the touch controller.
