Microsoft is reporting that some users may be intermittently unable to view or access web apps in Microsoft 365 (online application):

Users may be intermittently unable to view or access web apps in Microsoft 365 (applications are missing under the “waffle” icon)

MICROSOFT’S CURRENT STATUS

Microsoft is reviewing service monitoring telemetry to isolate the root cause and develop a remediation plan

SCOPE OF IMPACT

Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure
