How do I log into Workday?

Will employees receive a link to Workday?

Answer

Workday is Live and available Now.

The Workday Link can be found on Employee Home reflected as "Workday".

• Your login credentials are your StarID@minnstate.edu and your StarID password. You will be prompted to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) using either your phone, office phone or Microsoft Authenticator App.

• Successful login will bring users to the Workday Dashboard.

Employees will also be able to find the Workday app in Microsoft 365.

• Go to Office.com
• Sign in with your StarID@minnstate.edu and your StarID password.
• Select Apps on the left of the screen and view All Apps.
• Under Minnstate Apps you should see "Workday-Production".
  • After selecting "Workday-Production" you will be prompted to sign in again with your StarID@minnstate.edu and StarID password to log into Workday.
