Where do I go if I have questions about Respondus 4.0?

Demo Movies and User Guides – Short demonstration movies, a Quick Start Guide and User Guides are available at https://web.respondus.com/he/lockdownbrowser/resources/ and a full-length training video is available at https://web.respondus.com/training-videos/. These are great resources for introducing and training instructors on Respondus 4.0. The user guides are provided in MS Word format so that institutions can easily edit/add information pertaining to their institution.
Online Help – Online help is available from within the Respondus 4.0 application. Context-sensitive help is available by pressing the F1 key. Or, go to Help > Help Topics to access the main help system.
Knowledgebase & Support – A knowledgebase for Respondus 4.0 is available at https://web.respondus.com/support/. If a problem cannot be resolved using the user guides or knowledgebase, a support ticket can be submitted.
Respondus Test Bank Network – One of the best ways to get instructors “up and running” with Respondus 4.0 is to introduce them to the Respondus Test Bank Network. Here you will find test banks for hundreds of the leading textbooks in higher education. The test banks are in a ready-to-use format and can be accessed with Respondus 4.0 for free by instructors who adopt a participating textbook.
