Question
How do I hold a print job at a Toshiba printer until I manually release it?
Answer
The Toshiba multi-function devices on campus have features called hold or private printing. These features will hold your print job until you login to the Toshiba. Hold printing holds the job at the Toshiba until it is released by a series of keystrokes. Please note: Other users can see the job sitting on the job status page. Private printing prompts you for a password and keeps the job totally confidential until you login to the machine and enter the password you designated. This is a great way to keep confidential documents confidential!
