Charge-back Rates for Copying and Printing

GRAYSCALE PRINTS
  • 4 cents per page
COLOR PRINTS
  • 15 cents per page

Remember to print duplex whenever possible — there’s a 1 cent discount per page.

Paper is included in these rates. You will not be charged for paper when you order it from SupplyRequest@bemidjistate.edu (but you do need to give a cost center for tracking purposes).

TIP: If you need a copy of an important document to reference later, consider scanning it to yourself as a PDF.  Scans are always free.
