Event Support – How to promote an event on campus and community calendars

To ensure that your event on campus makes the greatest impact, follow the steps in this article to distribute your event to the Bemidji State University/Northwest Technical College calendar and local calendars.

Step 1: Add your event is on the campus calendar at calendar.bemidjistate.edu. If you need access to the calendar click here. This will ensure that your event makes it to the university or college homepages.

Step 2: Submit your event to community calendars. Community Calendar distribution should be used for any BSU or NTC events that have broad community relevance and/or appeal, such as music concerts, powwows, Community Appreciation Day, athletic events, Honors Council lectures, workshops, etc.
