We have two varieties of newer Dell docking stations so we have images for both:

DisplayPort and HDMI are the two ways you can connect a monitor to your laptop via the docking station. If you have an older monitor you may not have those two options available, ITS can work with you to get an adapter to or assist getting you a new monitor.

It is helpful to indicate what ports are available on your monitor when you reach out to ITS, here are the different ports you may have to help identify them:

VGA and DVI are older connections and newer monitors typically have HDMI or DisplayPort like your docking station.

If you have any questions or problems getting your docking station connected please submit the "Report a computer problem" request and ITS will assist you.
