Wireless Sharing in a Zoom Meeting as a Host

  1. Use the remote to turn the TV on, then use the touch controller.
  2. If your meeting has been scheduled with the room, tap the blue Start button on the touch controller to start the meeting. If there is no pre-scheduled meeting,
tap the orange New Meeting icon on the touch controller instead. You may invite others when the meeting starts.
  3. When the meeting starts, tap the green Share icon on the touch controller. Two options appear:

Option 1: Use Zoom App

  • On your laptop, press/click the Windows key and type “zoom”. The Zoom Workplace app should appear as an option. Click it to open your Zoom app.
  • Click the blue Share screen icon.

Option 2: Use browser

  • On your laptop, open a web browser and navigate to share.zoom.us
  • Enter the Meeting ID that is shown to you on the touch controller.
  • Share as you normally would from the Zoom app (click the Share icon in toolbar).

Wireless Sharing without Starting a Zoom Meeting

  1. Use the remote to turn the TV on.
  2. Open the Zoom Workplace app on your laptop by pressing/clicking the Windows key and type “zoom”. The Zoom Workplace app should appear as an option. Click it to open the Zoom app.
  3. Click the blue Share screen icon in the Zoom app.
  4. Your laptop and the Zoom touch controller should pair automatically, and you may share your screen directly without creating a new meeting. The touch controller will show some basic sharing controls (volume, stop sharing, and start meeting).
