How do I look up other employees numbers on my Mitel phone?

Answer

While your handset is in the cradle, press Phone Book.  Phone Book is found on the upper portion of the display on Mitel 5330 and Mitel 5340 phones.  Some other models on campus do not have this feature.  Enter the first few letters of their last name, and then press Lookup.
