The USB-C cable is the only one needed to control this room and to access the cameras and microphones. However, the wireless option does not include access to the camera or microphones; to utilize those options, the USB-C cable must be connected.
If you have the USB-C cable connected to your computer and are unable to project in the room. In that case, the computer is likely missing a necessary driver to utilize the technology in the room. For instructions to install that driver, go to the DisplayLink Installation Knowledge Base article for assistance.
