When you are on a call in Zoom phone, your Zoom Workplace app screen will change from a numbered keypad to set of options shown in the image on this page.

NOTE: When using the Meet option, only callers with MinnState Zoom accounts will be automatically ported to a Zoom meeting. If the call recipient is external to MinnState, they will be prompted to enter an email address to which Zoom will send the meeting ID so they can join. A call that was converted to a Zoom meeting cannot change back to a phone call.
