How do I log in to a computer in the Library or another computer lab on campus at BSU or NTC?
Resolution
Sign into the computer using your StarID and StarID password. Depending on your role (BSU or NTC Student or Employee), you would use the format listed below:

BSU Student: StarID

NTC Student: StarID.s

BSU Employee: StarID.b
-
NTC Employee: StarID.n
For example, if my StarID was ab1234cd and I was a student at BSU, I would sign in to the computers using my StarID [ab1234cd] as the username and my current StarID password. If I were a student at NTC, I would enter my student ID.s [ab1234cd.s]
