Bensen 352 is a smart classroom seating 35 people in rows of rolling tables and chairs.
Connecting a laptop
Wake up the
touch screen panel
by tapping it anywhere.
Tap the
Laptop
input button. The projector will turn on and the screen will come down automatically.
Ensure your laptop is on and ready. Connect the
HDMI cable
to the correct port on the laptop. A
USB-C adaptor
is provided if needed.
If the laptop display is not shown within 10 seconds, configure the
laptop
to send output to a second display.
On Windows, hold the Windows key and press the "P" key to bring up your extended monitor options. Choose "Duplicate" or "Extend" depending on your needs.
On MacOS, click the Screen Mirroring icon in the top bar and select the
Extron
display.
Adjust the
volume
of your laptop content using the touch screen volume controls.
Using the DVD/VCR player
Turn on the
touch screen panel
by pressing it anywhere.
Press the
DVD button
to play a DVD, or the
VCR button
to play a VHS tape.
Insert the
DVD or VHS tape
you wish to show, and
press
play
on the touch screen panel.
Adjust the
volume
on the touch screen.
Using the document camera
Turn on
the
touch screen panel
by pressing it anywhere.
Press the
document camera button
on the touch panel.
Turn on the
document camera
.
Place the
document or item
to be shown on the bed of the document camera.
