Definitions:
HyFlex Rooms: Include cameras, microphones, and speakers for use with videoconferencing software like Zoom and Teams. You must bring your own device to the room and join the meeting to control these functions.

Zoom Rooms: Include cameras, microphones, speakers, and a Zoom PC with dedicated controller which allows wireless sharing and full host control of a Zoom meeting without the need to bring a separate device like a laptop. As a host, you will likely still want to bring your laptop to share content.

Smart Rooms: Rooms with basic technology for projecting content from a laptop. Includes speakers, a projector, a document camera, and potentially other technology.
