Deputy 262 Basic Active Learning Classroom

Deputy 262 is a basic active learning classroom seating 42 people at small group collaboration tables with unique content monitors.

Connecting a laptop 

1. Turn on the touch screen panel by pressing it anywhere.
2. To display a laptop, connect the HDMI cable that extends from the top of the media cabinet to the correct port on the laptop. An adapter may be necessary if the laptop does not have an HDMI monitor port. 
3. Press the appropriate button to select the source you would like to show on the projector. The audio for whichever source is selected will be played on the room speakers.
4. To display a student laptop that is connected at a table, press the Student Tables button, then press the number for the table where the desired laptop is connected.
5. Adjust the volume on the touch screen.

Display to student table TVs

1. Turn on the touch screen panel by pressing it anywhere.
2. Press the appropriate button to select the source you would like to show on the student table TVs. No audio will be played on the room speakers unless the same source is also sent to the projector.
3. To display a student laptop to all of the student TVs, press the Student Tables button, then press the number for the table where the desired laptop is connected.

Student tables local display

1. Press the Return to Local on the touch panel for students to display a laptop on the monitor at their table.

Turn off system

1. Press the power off button on the touch screen to turn off the projector and student displays.
2. Confirm or cancel the shutdown.
