Deputy 262 is an active learning classroom that seats 48 people and is equipped with a projector, TV monitors, sound system, document camera, and Blu-ray player.
Display to projector and screen
- Turn on the touch screen panel by pressing it anywhere.
- To display a laptop, connect the HDMI cable that extends from the top of the media cabinet to the correct port on the laptop. An adapter may be necessary if the laptop does not have an HDMI monitor port.
- Press the appropriate button to select the source you would like to show on the projector. The audio for whichever source is selected will be played on the room sound system.
- To display a student laptop, press the Student Tables button, then press the number for the table where the desired laptop is connected.
- Adjust the volume on the touch screen.
Display to student table TVs
- Turn on the touch screen panel by pressing it anywhere.
- Press the appropriate button to select the source you would like to show on the student table TVs. No audio will be played, unless the same source is also shown on the projector.
- To display a student laptop to all of the student TVs, press the Student Tables button, then press the number for the table where the desired laptop is connected.
Student tables local display
- Press the Return to Local on the touch panel for students to display a laptop on the TV monitor at their table.
Turn off system
- Press the power off button on the touchscreen to turn off the projector and TV monitors.
- Confirm or cancel the shutdown.
