How can I get help with Workday?
Answer
The following steps are recommended for questions or issues with Workday or the NextGen project.
1. Employee Self-Service Options
2. Attend one of the drop in sessions set up by the Human Resources, Finance, and Information Technology Services.
3. Submit a ticket to BSU/NTC Local Transition Management Team and we will route your question to the proper subject matter expert(s) and escalate to the Minnesota State System Office/Project Team as needed.
Although employees are encouraged to contact the local team first, employees may contact Minnesota State directly if preferred.
