Review Minnesota State's Onboarding Guide to Workday for information about what is changing and how Minnesota State employees, including faculty and staff at BSU/NTC, will be affected when Workday goes live in July 2024.
Please note that not everything will become available at once in Workday.
Anticipated Workday Go Live Week:
- July 1: Workday goes live; employees can log into Workday and complete Day 1 tasks
- July 2: Last pay period in ISRS ends
- July 3: Most Workday Human Capital Management functionality available; first pay period in Workday begins
- July 4: Holiday; no local project activity anticipated
- July 5: Most Workday Finance functionality available
