How do I export my contacts and contact lists in Office 2016 on my Mac?
Answer
If you want to move any contact lists (aka: contact groups or distribution lists) to a new Outlook profile, you’ll need to export them first.
This article is step 1 of 4 of the Office 365 migration process for Mac.
- Within Outlook, click on the Tools menu of the Outlook ribbon.
2. Click Export.
3. Choose Contacts.
4. Name and save the exported contacts file to your preferred location.
