1.Select the video you are adding a caption file to. Under the video select the Actions menu, and then select Edit.
2. Select the Caption Tab and Upload Caption File. Select the Upload Captions Button.
3. In the pop-up window, Select Browse and choose your caption file. Select the caption language. Add a label, “Click For Captions” is a good label choice. Select Save.
4. Uploaded Captions can be set as default, edited, deleted and downloaded by clicking the associated icons in the Caption Actions area. (delete is handy in case you uploaded the wrong file!)
5. To view the final video with closed captioning select the video again under My Media and select the CC button at the bottom of the viewing window. This will also allow viewers to turn the Closed Captioning on and off.
