All Calls Going to Voicemail – Do Not Disturb

How do I turn my phone on do not disturb so my calls go directly to voicemail?

Answer

All of the Mitel phones have a Do Not Disturb (DND) button programmed on them.  If the light next to it is lit up, the button is activated.  This will cause your phone not to ring and all calls to go directly to voicemail.

1. Click on the Superkey button.
2. At Phonebook? click No
3. At Call Forwarding? click No
4. At Personal Keys? Click No
5. At Timed Reminder? Click No
6. At Advisory Msgs? Click No
7. At Do Not Disturb? Click TurnOff
