If you're experiencing issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app, you got a new phone, or you no longer have access to the phone number the code or call is going to, ITS can assist you with resetting MFA.

  • You can submit the following service request for assistance: Report Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Issues
  • You can call us at 218-755-3777 for assistance and leave us a voicemail if its after hours.
  • You can stop by our office in Deputy Hall 161 for in person assistance from 9am - 3pm Monday-Friday.
