You must be on a call for the Transfer option to appear on the phone keypad. If you are not currently on a call, your Zoom phone will display a number keypad for dialing.
To transfer a call on a Zoom phone while on a call:
1. Select "Transfer"

Enter in the name (if the party you are transferring to has the Zoom phone service) or the 10-digit number (for any transfer call, including transfer calls to those without Zoom phone service) of the party you want to transfer the call to.
If the party you are transferring the call to does not have the Zoom phone (e.g. outside organization, employee who has not yet joined the Zoom phone service, etc.), click the blue, round transfer button at the bottom of the keypad on the screen. If the party you are transferring the call to has a Zoom phone, their information should appear to give you the option to click on their information to initiate the transfer. If they have multiple numbers associated with their account, you will be able to select the preferred number.
You will be presented with options to do a Warm Transfer, a Blind Transfer or Transfer to Voicemail if you know the recipient is not available. Click on your preferred option to complete the transfer.
