What information do you need to make this request?
To submit this request you will need to provide a brief description of the story and how it aligns with the university or college's strategic priorities. This will act as our starting thesis statement. You will also need to provide a URL link where our news team can find additional information, a primary contact, student contacts and supplementary documents or photos. Finally, you will need to provide a starting quote that we can include in the story.
How is this used?
The pitch request gets directed to the Office of Communications and Marketing news team who will evaluate the request. If the request is approved, we will develop and distribute the release to an audience determined by the OCM.
