How do I create, edit, or remove a forwarding rule in Office 365 mail?

It’s easy to forward your Office 365 mail to another email inbox.

Use an email forwarding rule to send email delivered to your Office 365 to another email account.

  1. Log in to Office 365 and click the Outlook (Mail) app.

2. Click the Settings icon next to your name. Type in the word Forwarding and click on it below.

3. You can enable a forwarding address here by clicking on Enable Forwarding and entering an alternative email address.
