My shared calendar or mailbox isn't updating regularly, how can I fix this?

How to Enable/Disable Cached Exchange Mode
If a shared calendar or mailbox isn't syncing, try disabling Cached Exchange Mode and restarting Outlook. See below directions.
1. Click File
2. Click Account Settings
3. Click Account Settings...

4. Highlight the Exchange account, and then click Change.

5. Click More Settings

6. On the Advanced tab, under Cached Exchange Mode Settings, uncheck the option to Use Cached Exchange Mode.

7. Click Apply and OK
8. Restart Outlook
*If you notice your mail or calendar is slow to update, you can re-enable the setting by following the directions above and checking Use Cached Exchanged Mode.
