What is this?
BSU and NTC electronic door access. Use this to request Keycard access to specific doors.
What information will you need for this request?
Please provide the following on your completed forms:
- Building
- If Interior door - please provide a room number (before requesting, please make sure door is a Keyless access door and not a brass key door).
- If Exterior door - please provide door number(s).
- If access request - please provide Name, Tech ID, and what they should have access too.
- Disable Date for Access
- Required signatures
You will need to have the following forms completed and ready to attach to this request.
