What is this?
If your employee has left BSU or is unable to enter an out-of-office message on their email account, you can request to have one added via this service request.
ITS will receive authorization from HR before requesting this be added to the employees account.
What information will you need for this request?
This form can only be submitted by the supervisor for the employee if the employee no longer has access to their BSU/NTC email account, or they are unable to enter an out-of-office reply on their email account.
